Conditions of hire
1. The above prices are subject to 17.5% VAT
2. The above are payable in advance except for account clients or credit card approved.
3. The driver has the right to decline excessive luggage either by weight or size.
4. The above are one way to or from central London, inclusive of parking and 1 hour waiting.
5. Special events and non-transfers are subject to quotation on request.
6. In the event of cancellation of the booking after the car has been dispatched, the hirer will be liable to pay either minimum charge or the full hire charge. 48hr cancellation is required.
7. Motovation accept no responsibility for loss or damage.
8. All vehicles are Non Smoking at all times.
9. Motorvation reserves the right in the event of nonpayment, moneys will be chased through a debt collection agency at a charge of 10% plus any legal cost.
10. Addition surcharge between the hours of (24:00 to 06:00) of £40.00.
